Acceptance and Website Use

Inquiries and Consultations
Paid consultations are available by arrangement. The exact consultation fee and duration are agreed in writing before payment. Submitting an inquiry or discussing a possible consultation does not create a client relationship, guarantee acceptance, or automatically charge you. Any consultation availability and terms must be confirmed before scheduling or payment.
Proposals and Engagement Agreements
A project begins only under a written proposal, statement of work, invoice, or service agreement accepted by the parties. That engagement document controls the project-specific scope and terms if it differs from these general website terms.
Fees and Payment
Pricing is custom and negotiable. Before payment, each customer receives a written proposal or invoice stating the exact negotiated amount, currency, scope, deliverables, payment schedule, and applicable refund and cancellation terms. Invoices are the primary payment method, and ACH may be accepted when available. An inquiry does not create a payment obligation or trigger an automatic charge.
Client Responsibilities and Scope Changes
Clients are responsible for accurate information, timely materials, access, approvals, and feedback. A material scope change may require written approval and may affect the documented project expectations.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Materials
Ownership, licenses, deliverables, and permitted uses are governed by the applicable written engagement terms. Third-party tools, assets, and links may have separate terms and licenses.
Electronic Communications and Notices
Email and other electronic communications may be used for inquiries, project coordination, approvals, notices, and support. Keep contact information current for an active engagement.
Termination, Disclaimers, and Results
An engagement may be ended only as stated in the applicable written terms. Services are not regulated professional advice, and no particular revenue, sales, ranking, approval, or other result is guaranteed.
